Develop an Xbox 360 Game, Win $50,000

Every gamer at some point has wanted to design their own game, right? I know I have. I’ve dreamed of being the next Hironobu Sakaguchi or Peter Molyneux. If you’ve ever had that same dream, perhaps this is your chance. On Major Nelson’s blog, he pointed out that there’s a special contest going on right now in which you can create your own Xbox 360 game. This event is sponsored by Doritos and Microsoft and will give you a chance to show what you’ve got when it comes to game development.
For starters, all you have to do is head on over here, sign up and pitch your idea (both in video format and in text). If they like it, you may end up with a cool $50,000 in cash and be able to help develop your game. Sounds like a plan to me. What do you have to lose?
