Cogitate More Than Viral Campaign

A game that was originally supposed to promote the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), has become an online sensation. Released back in April of this year, Cogitate by IET has been played over one million times in 187 countries. Cogitate is a web-based game that uses the laws of physics and the use of gears, beams, conveyors and motors, to solve puzzles (it reminded me a lot of World of Goo, check that game out when you get the chance). The game promotes players to use engineering skills to solve the puzzles both creatively and efficiently.

The online community is constantly building as players have been showing off videos of their contraptions and skills on YouTube. I had a chance to play the game for a little bit and I was impressed on how sleek the interface was, and I was digging the music. Definitely check it out by Clicking Here.
