The company best known for PS3 exclusives such as Ratchet & Clank and Resistance may now be a multiplatform developer.

The titles are Build-A-Bear Workshop: Friendship Valley for Wii, and Build-A-Bear Workshop: Welcome to Hugsville for DS. We don’t know what game of the year 2010 is just yet, but cutest titles of the year will definitely be going to these two.

Nothing really much to say here. Capcom has announced the release date for the upcoming title MotoGP 9/10. And no… it’s not coming out on 9/10.

Remember When?: Your Systems Were on Life Support
Remember when you had life support techniques for your video games? And I don’t mean blowing into your game cartridges (we’ve all seen the Facebook fan pages), because as gamers we have gone beyond that. I know I’m not alone in this. Maybe you’re one of those people who would spin the disc in their Playstation then quickly close the lid and boot up the power. Or maybe you did something as simple as putting tape on the back of your Game Boy, because you cracked the battery cover. As gamers we know how to go around a problem, and I would like to share some of my life support experiences, and in turn maybe you can leave me with some of your own.

Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition, Not Very Golden
Shipping today is Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition. We know it may be buried under all the other games of interest this week, but if you haven’t tried Resident Evil 5, now is a good time you do. It’s just too bad Capcom couldn’t cut you all a better deal.
Lady Gaga Arrives on Rock Band
Harmonix and MTV Games have announced today that Lady Gaga will be making her debut on the Rock Band Music Store next week. Resident Evil 5: Desperate Escape Review
With multiple downloadable packs releasing for the title in the month of March, Desperate Escape is the second major Resident Evil 5 DLC pack to arrive on Xbox 360 and PS3. Capcom released the pack on March 3 and March 4, respectively. Like the first, this pack contains an hour long chapter with two characters for the Mercenaries Reunion mode. The pack costs $5 (400 Microsoft Points), and I guess the big question you all have is, “is it worth it?”
Remember When?: Video Game Stores Rocked
Now before I get into this I want to say that I’m going to be focusing on specifically gaming franchises. That means no Best Buys. I also want to say that around here (New York City) it’s all about GameStop. The only options I have here are GameStops. So, this may or may not apply to you all who have places like Game Crazy or whatever may be nearby.
With that said, here goes… Remember when video game stores rocked? Remember when video games put the FUN in Funcoland? Remember when EB Games was better than E.B. White? Remember when you actually wanted to stop at GameStop?
