New Fable 3 Screens Show Up At GDC
A lot of media coming out of GDC this week, and Fable 3 isn’t going to be left out in the cold, that’s for sure. In a new batch of screens from the upcoming Xbox 360 exclusive we see some character models, some skeletons and some caves or mines. But, they look awfully pretty, wouldn’t you agree? Fable 3 is currently scheduled for a release sometime around the holidays this year and I’m sure we’ll hear more about it in the coming months, especially with some more sizable gaming events approaching.
Might & Magic Coming to 360 and PS3
Ubisoft announces today that Might & Magic Clash of Heroes will be coming to Xbox Live Arcade and Playstation Network Summer 2010. The title, originally released for Nintendo DS in December of 2009, will be presented for the first time in HD.
More Free Mass Effect 2 Goodies
If you have the Cerberus Network on your copy of Mass Effect 2, look for more goodies upcoming besides the “Firewalker” mission pack. There is another new weapon that will show up for you, free of charge, via the Cerberus Network soon (if it hasn’t already). That weapon would be the arc projector. It is basically a big zap gun to, well, zap your enemies into nothingness. Check the details of the weapon and another pic after the break.

Lucas Arts has revealed details on the upcoming released of Monkey Island 2: LeChuck’s Revenge. The title will be coming this summer for Xbox 360, Ps3, PC, Mac, iPhone and iPod Touch.
Green Day: Rock Band Gets a Release Date
Fans of Punk Rock you can officially start celebrating. Green Day: Rock Band (for better or for worse) officially has a release date now. Get ready because on June 8th you’ll get your trip down memory lane all the way back to… the 90’s.
Following in the footsteps of the successful The Beatles: Rock Band, GD:RB will also feature “three part vocal harmony” technology, that way you can get even more people involved when you play. As the norm these days, all 47 of the game’s track will be exportable and compatible with Rock Band, Rock Band 2 and the just announced Rock Band 3. Microsoft Says Who-Ray? No New Storage Methods
Microsoft has told CVG recently that digital distribution will be the future of home entertainment. They remain vigilant in their position, even after developers like Lost Planet 2 producer Jun Takeuchi have made the point that storage space is becoming more and more of an issue for the Xbox 360. Portions of many popular games are being removed, then there’s the whole graphics compression debacle going on with blockbusters like Final Fantasy XIII and the upcoming RAGE. So with all this going on, what’s Microsoft’s thoughts as to what the future will be like for Xbox 360 storage?
DJ Hero JAY-Z vs. Eminem DLC
Activision has announced new DLC for DJ Hero is coming soon. In about a week or two (depending on which console you own) gaming DJ’s will see the release of the JAY-Z vs. Eminem Mix Pack.
Final Super Street Fighter IV Character Revealed
Capcom has revealed Hakan, its final new character for Super Street Fighter IV. This brings the total up to 10 added new characters to Street Fighter IV. Along with the official announcement, a new trailer video and screenshots have been released.
Modern Warfare 2 DLC Coming March 30
Do you suffer from Mapathy? Infinity Ward has the cure. Modern Warfare 2 fans now have a date to go with the DLC announcement: March 30. No, its not what you think. Perverts. 2K Games has reached an agreement with Playboy Magazine to use the likeness of over 50 vintage covers and centerfolds in Mafia II. Set in the 1940s and 1950s American urban cityscape of Empire Bay, Mafia II will allow players to collect virtual copies of the magazine.
EA To Dismember Fan Virtually in Dead Space 2
What better way to watch your self be dismembered than in virtual space! Unless you’d rather watch a live version of yourself being torn to pieces, this is definitely the way to go. Electronic Arts and Visceral Games announced that they will be holding a contest, and the grand prize is a spot in the upcoming Dead Space 2as a necromorph being ripped apart by Isaac Clarke, the hero of Dead Space. Yummy, huh?
